Celebrate Duck Tape!

Good morning! I wanted to post a couple of projects as I start my day--I made these cards over the holiday break, so most of them have already been mailed off, reaching the hands of my loved ones as I type. Ady wanted to share a project that she made too...read on....

I made this card with images from the Damask Designs set.
 It is a Dawn McVey design sold online at Papertrey Ink.

I love how simple and elegant it turned out, you could put any sentiment on this card and it would be fitting.



Oh....baby boys. I just love making baby cards.
 I just purchased a couple of new baby stamp sets this winter.
JoAnne Fabrics usually has stamps on sale up to 70% off!
 I try to stop by a JoAnnes once a month to take advantage of their sales.
Baby cards, Sympathy cards, and Thinking of You cards are always nice to have on hand.

I saw this idea on Maylee Belles' blog.
 I created a window through the middle of the larger shape.
I thought it was very creative, an oh so easy to make.
 I like the simplicity of it.

I just love this little digistamp.

This little girl reminds me of my niece, Paige.

She always has her hair in a loose ponytail, such a cute personality.

I used a Tim Holtz stamp set to make this card.
I like the rustic look that this image stamps out.
I am always looking for masculine stamp sets that I like...this card reminds
 me of my uncle that just loved working on his
old station wagon he called "Woody." 

My daughter, Ady, made this bag out of duck tape. She made the pattern out of notebook paper and stuck the duck tape to the paper inside and out to make this bag.  Ady plans on using this bag at the pool this summer. She also made a couple of smaller bags that would be great for her lunch. She made the pattern by herself and it turned out perfect. She is so artistic!

Well that is it for now. I am working on a couple of birthday projects, but I won't be  posting them until I give them away at the end of the month. I plan on stamping a little today in between appointments for my kiddo.
